A five star hotel, located in the centre of Batumi overlooking the Black Sea – Georgia

A conversion and refurbishment project by CADS, the DoubleTree Hotel is to be converted to a five-star hotel. From its unique location right in the centre of Batumi, the hotel will be built on an area of 14,976m2 and is only 150 meters from the beach, 5km from the airport and 800 meters from the sea port of Batumi. It will have five floors, 255 rooms and 400 beds, and is strategically situated at the crossroads where Europe meets Asia.
